Late Arrivals
The Beauty Bar offers a 15 minute grace period beginning at the time of the appointment. Any arrivals after the grace period has expired will be considered as a "walk-in" customer and will be attended to in the order in which they arrived.
If a customer has 2 consecutive cancellations or no shows, the customer will be accepted as a “walk-in” customer only.
Cancellations & No Shows
Infants And Children
For the health, safety, and comfort of customers and staff, infants and children 0-10 are not allowed to accompany guests while receiving services. Children 0-10 are not permitted to accompany guests while services are being rendered.
Children 11-16 may accompany guests in the waiting area while receiving services. There shall be no running, climbing, jumping, screaming, shouting, or walking in the spa. Children must sit quietly while waiting. If using electronic devices, earbuds must be used.
Children 5 or older may receive Spa services. These services must be booked in advance, and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times until the age of 16. Nail tips and acrylic applications are only offered to clients that are 13 years of age or older.
We must be contacted within 48 hours from service to evaluate Gel Polish/Dip Powder/Acrylic issues.
All repairs must be completed within 48 hours after contact. If the issue was not caused by The Beauty Bar, the customer will incur additional charges.
